If you are dissatisfied by any aspect of this Rathlin Island shuttle bus service to and from the RSPB Bird Sanctuary, please use this form to send details of your complaint/feedback.
We will endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of notification, and anything requiring a comprehensive reply will take up to, but no longer than, 28 days.
We welcome the opportunity to hear your views and suggestions on improvements to the service. Where possible, please talk to your bus driver in person as we will aim to resolve any issues as and when they arise.
